Recently, Lauren represented our district at the prestigious 2024 Model Schools Conference in Orlando, Florida, where she was honored with the title of "Epic Educator." This annual conference is a gathering of top education professionals from across the country, showcasing schools, districts, and educators who have achieved remarkable success through innovative practices. Lauren's participation in this event highlights her dedication to excellence and her role as a leader in the field of education.
In her presentations at the conference, Lauren shared valuable insights on using data to differentiate instruction and form skill groups based on NWEA assessments. She developed user-friendly charts to help her colleagues better organize and interpret the extensive data from these assessments. By simplifying complex information, Lauren has empowered her fellow educators to make Evidence-Based Decisions that directly benefit their students.
